For users without an EMS Web Account (i.e. Guests) or for users with an EMS Web Account (i.e. Faculty/Staff), you can select any of the four options under the Browse All menu in order to Browse events, facilities, space or groups on campus.
For KSU Reservationists with an EMS Web Account, you may view your space by logging in using your KSU NetID and password. Once you are authenticated, select Reservations, then View My... to browse your space.

All active KSU Faculty and Staff are able to login to the online KSU Event Management System using their NetID and password by selecting My Account, then Log In.
For KSU Reservationists: After logging in, select Reservations then select Reserve My Space.
For all other KSU Faculty and Staff: After logging in, select Requests then select I'd Like to Request.
After completing and submitting your request, you will be contacted by the Office of University Events who will assist you with your needs. NOTE: Please allow 5 - 7 Business Days for processing. |
