Every effort will be made to acknowledge your event request between 4 - 5 business days. During the pandemic, please request your
event/meeting space at least 14 days before your desired date to allow enough time for processing and gathering additional approvals. Large or
complex event requests with less than 14 days may be asked to adjust the event date or reduce services.
